Welcome to 303 Market Street Apartments! Our apartments are conveniently located in the heart of South Burlington, Vermont, about a mile from the UVM Medical Center. We offer a wide range of amenities, along with a professional and dedicated on-site Management and Maintenance team. To apply for Employee Housing, employees may access and submit a rental application through the property website. Applications are reviewed by Redstone Property Management, and applicants will be added to a waitlist. Housing availability will be shared by the property manager once the application is considered complete.
